Pursuant to Art. 13 of Leg. 196/03 and GDPR EU 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data processing.

Azienda Agricola Terre di Pietra recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of its users and is committed to processing it responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

In this regard on the site https://www.terredipietra.it/ we have implemented this Privacy Policy, for everything related to how the Site itself is managed, with reference to the processing of users’ personal data.

DATA CONTROLLER.

The data controller is the natural person Cristiano Saletti.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING.

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out for the purpose of conducting:

  • The fulfillment of all operations imposed by regulatory obligations;
  • operations strictly related and instrumental to the initiation of contractual relations, including the acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of the Contract, as well as the execution of the contract;
  • The management of pre-contractual relations;
  • The management of contractual relations evi including for activities of administration, accounting, orders, shipments, invoicing, services, management of any litigation;

E, will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also thereafter for the fulfillment of all legal  and tax obligations, as well as for future business purposes.

TYPE OF DATA AND PROCESSING METHODS.

The processing of data, which may also have the nature of identifying and sensitive data, for the purposes set forth takes place in both automated, electronic or magnetic media, and non-automated, paper-based methods, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by law, consequent regulations and internal provisions.

COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA.

Some data are indispensable for the establishment of the contractual relationship or its execution, while others can be defined as incidental to these purposes. The provision of data to the writer is mandatory only for data for which there is a regulatory or contractual obligation.

CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO CONFER.

In cases where the provision of data is required by a regulatory or contractual obligation, any refusal would put the Controller in the position of being unable to execute or continue the Contract as it would constitute unlawful processing. In cases where there is no legal obligation to provide data, refusal would not result in the above consequences but would still prevent the execution of ancillary operations.

DATA COMMUNICATION.

Without prejudice to the communications and disclosures made in execution of legal obligations, data relating to your Legal Person may be disclosed in Italy to: Persons, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to the Owner in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial, and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services;

– Subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (e.g. hosting providers);

– Persons delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks);

– Entities or authorities, autonomous data controllers, to which it is obligatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of legal provision or order of the authorities. Sensitive data will not be subject to any form of dissemination and/or transfer.

DATA RETENTION TIMES.

The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:

For the activities of administration, accounting, ordering, quotation management, reservation management and the entire contract, support, billing, services, management of any litigation: 10 years as stipulated by Law, subject to any late payment of fees justifying its extension.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT.

Relative to, the same personal data, you may exercise the rights provided by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 and art. 15 GDPR.
