AREA AND SOIL:
Vineyard in the locality of Panego, municipality of Negrar,located at 600 meters above sea level with southwest exposure, mixed clay soil with clay veins and rich in stone.
WINE TRAINING AND HARVESTING:
Guyot, 2009 planting. Cluster thinning in August and harvest in the second decade of October, with manual harvesting. Yield 20 q.li/ha
VINIFICATION AND AGING:
Spontaneous whole-berry fermentation in cement tanks and without temperature control. Maceration in steel for an additional 60 days. 6 months in oak tonneaux, 18 months in steel and 36 in bottle. No sulfur dioxide added.
ALCOHOL CONTENT AND PAIRINGS:
13.50% vol.
