Both in the vineyard and in the winery we use our hands: from pruning to punching down, from harvesting to bottling.
We carry on our ancient traditions, and to do so we let nature guide us.

We have abandoned specifications and their designations to embrace the cru concept: to each vineyard its own soul and its own label. We vinify each vineyard separately, because it is the soil, exposure, altitude and microclimate that make the identity and quality of our natural wine.
